How It Works
I carefully wrap all orders in tissue paper and biodegradable packing peanuts within a suitable sized box to avoid damage during transit.
I aim to pack and ship items within 3-5 working days.
Custom made orders can take up to 14-21 working days depending on the order, if it is likely to take longer this will be discussed with the customer.
Products are sent via Royal Mail and once in the system, I have no control over the post. Please allow upto 7-10 working days for your package to arrive.
I take all precautions to ensure that my products will arrive in good condition to you but I have no control over the journey from the post office to your door.
Therefore sometimes breakages can happen, however this wont affect the product as they will still smell amazing no matter what shape they are.
In the event of receiving items that have been broken in transit, I require photo evidence in the original packaging within 24hrs of taking receipt of the parcel to assess the situation.
