    Shipping & Delivery

    How It Works

    I carefully wrap all orders in tissue paper and biodegradable packing peanuts within a suitable sized box to avoid damage during transit.

    ​

    I aim to pack and ship items within 3-5 working days.

    ​

    Custom made orders can take up to 14-21 working days depending on the order, if it is likely to take longer this will be discussed with the customer.

    ​

    Products are sent via Royal Mail and once in the system, I have no control over the post. Please allow upto 7-10 working days for your package to arrive.

    Returns

    • I take all precautions to ensure that my products will arrive in good condition to you but I have no control over the journey from the post office to your door.

    • Therefore sometimes breakages can happen, however this wont affect the product as they will still smell amazing no matter what shape they are.

    • In the event of receiving items that have been broken in transit, I require photo evidence in the original packaging within 24hrs of taking receipt of the parcel to assess the situation.
